1. The promotion is open to residents of THE United Kingdom excluding wholesalers and retailers selling any of the promoter's range, businesses, employees and the families of the promoter and the promoter's agents, and anyone involved in the administration of the promotion.
2. The promotional period applies to products purchased between 1st July until 30th September 2010.
3. This offer is available on orders of 36 MCD100 units and over. The 36 units must be purchased in one order and not cumulatively.
4. The promotion is valid on the following Plantronics products: MCD100 Speakerphone.
5. The promotion comprises of an offer by Plantronics to provide 3 free MCD100 units for every 9 units bought at full price. This offer is open to Plantronics authorised distribution partners in the UK and Ireland.
6. Distribution partners must state VDOC number 2010-9903 to receive correct buy price.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Plantronics offers running in the same period.
8. This promotion does not affect purchasers' or participants' statutory rights. Faulty, damaged or defective products, and products which are the subject of consumer credit or distance selling transactions must be returned to the retailer for replacement or rebate as provided by, and in accordance with, local law in the country of purchase.

Upon registration, the participant will have provided their personal data to Plantronics Ltd and it will be transferred to a Plantronics, and to its agents, to carry out this promotion and for marketing and quality control analysis. Plantronics Ltd and its agents are responsible for securely storing, processing and transferring the participant's personal data, and by registering participant's consent to this. By ticking the relevant box on the online registration form, participants also consent to the promoter, other Plantronics Ltd entities and/or their agents processing their data for the purposes of advising participants of other promotions, and new products and services, and for future market and quality control analysis.
