We provide you with two Voyager PRO headsets to use for 14 days. Headsets can be retained on completion and return of an online questionnaire.
1. The promotion is open to residents of UK and ROI, excluding wholesalers and resellers selling any of the promoter's range, businesses, employees and the families of the promoter and the promoter's agents, and anyone involved in the administration of the promotion.
2. The promotional period applies to applications for the free trial received between 20th July and 30th September 2010. Orders for discounted pricing must be placed with Plantronics up to and including the 31st of October 2010.
3. The offer is limited to one trial application per company site at any one time.
4. The promotion is valid on the following products: Voyager PRO and Voyager PRO UC
5. Completing the application for the free trial should be done online at the promotional website, details of which can be found at the bottom of these terms and conditions. In the instance of the customer agreeing to the free trial in response to a telemarketing call, the customer can either (a) complete the application online at the promotional website themselves or (b) provide the necessary information to the telemarketing contact centre representative.
6. Once the completed application is received by Plantronics, the participant will receive a confirmation of receipt as well as relevant information on the trial process via email to their given email address.
7. The free trial cannot be granted to the participant who: a) has not completed the application form either online or via an authorised Plantronics telemarketing agent; and/or b) has not submitted their application within the stated promotional time frame.
8. At the end of the trial period, participants will have the option to purchase or return their trial units. As a selected partner of Plantronics, a special discounted rate of normal cost price minus £5 per unit is being offered. This discount is only available on orders of 5 or more units. The order must be placed with a registered Plantronics distributor, quoting Sales Professional Campaign to receive the discounted unit price. This special price is strictly for units that will be for internal use and not for resale.
Authorised distribution partners must quote VDOC 2010-9914 when placing orders with Plantronics in relation to this campaign. Proof of purchase from the partner entering into the campaign must be provided to Plantronics to receive discounted price.
Participants wishing to return their trial units must follow the return process outlined by their promotional contact. The trial products must be returned in its original condition and with all original packaging, in-box material, accessories and cabling. Incomplete returns or damaged returned products will incur a financial charge. Superficial product defects resulting from normal usage will be accepted. The way of returning the trial product, and the addresses mentioned in these terms and conditions cannot be used for any other circumstances than concerning this promotion.
9. Ownership of the trial units remains with Plantronics until such time the participant decides to purchase the unit and the financial transaction is complete.
10. The free trial will only be provided upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the application process, participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions.
11. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Plantronics offers running in the same period.
12. This promotion does not affect purchasers' or participants' statutory rights. The participant is not allowed to re-sell the trial unit at any time.
13. Participants should direct all enquiries regarding the promotion and the progress of their application to Plantronic's agent by email or telephone, details of which can be found at the end of these terms and conditions.
14. Plantronics accepts no responsibility for lost, late, damaged or misdirected applications for the free trial or for any returned units, except in the event of negligence, fault or deliberate acts or omissions on the part of Plantronics or its agents. Plantronics is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other, failures or damage of any kind.
15. Plantronics reserves the right to alter, amend, or foreclose this promotion without prior notice.
16. Upon registration, the participant will have provided their personal data to Plantronics, and it will be transferred to a Plantronics office, and to its agents, to carry out this promotion and for marketing and quality control analysis. Plantronics and its agents are responsible for storing, processing and transferring the participant's personal data, and by registering participant's consent to this. By ticking the relevant box on the on-line registration form or expressing agreement in the telephone application process, participants also consent to the promoter, other Plantronics entities and/ or their agents processing their data for the purposes of advising participants of other promotions, and new products and services, and for future market and quality control analysis. Participants have the right to consult, and request rectification of their information as held by the promoter. Requests for same should be made to the promoter at the e-mail address below.
17. Occasionally throughout the duration of the promotion, Plantronics reserves the right to communicate further information on the promotional products and promotional details. This does not contravene participants' rights set forth in the aforementioned clause.
18. Copies of these terms and conditions can be viewed at the promotional website and can be obtained free of charge from the email address or telephone number detailed at the bottom of these terms and conditions. Where required by law, this promotion has been registered with the relevant authorities. These conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law and the participant submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
